Please join us in the New Year to celebrate Subfolder, a collection of works from the fall 2024 cohort of Fob Holders. The reception will be held during @cranearts January 9th Second Thursday between 6pm and 9pm.
Subfolder offers a glimpse into the personal rolodex of each artist. The works demonstrate a continued and dedicated practice of collecting and highlight the importance of personal collection as a way to preserve subcultures and evoke references and imagery. As moments are gathered and arranged over time, there is more opportunity to pull out these cards, reflect on their significance, and even reshuffle them in order to reinterpret their meaning.
