Summer Education Campaign

For over a decade, Second State Press has been a cornerstone of artistic expression, innovation, and community engagement in the Philadelphia area. This year, we are proud to celebrate 13 years of enriching lives through printmaking.

As the world evolves, so must our approach to fostering the development of ideas and innovation in printmaking as well as empowering individuals through the arts. That's why we're launching our Summer Education Campaign with the goal of raising funds and increasing class enrollment to take our educational programming to the next level.

In honor of Professor Emeritus Rochelle “Rockie” Toner, an inaugural board member of Second State Press, the Rockie Toner Education Studio opened in May 2019, allowing us to increase our programming and become more ambitious with our education efforts.

Now, as we mark 5 years since the opening of the Rockie Toner Education Studio, we are more committed than ever to education.

From continuing to expand our current workshops and classes to reaching new audiences through increased access, we are dedicated to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to explore the endless possibilities of printmaking.
